
"I reached out to Soph last year after attending her spin classes and just LOVED the vibe! I’d always been an avid gym goer, but some big changes in my life meant I completely lost motivation. I had recently got engaged to my partner when I first started training with Soph, and I was feeling huge pressure around ‘looking my best’ before my big day.
Working with Soph has helped me SO much. Whilst I’ve seen physical changes, the mental shift has been the most important for me. I was that girl who had always perceived herself as ‘weak’. Seeing my progression with weight training has been so empowering, and has shown me that exercise is there to be enjoyed and not used as a form of punishment! I never thought I’d be using free weights and setting up barbells on my own without feeling intimidated.
Training with Soph has really helped me to feel so much better in myself and appreciate my happiness and health over everything else.

"As I was never happy with my body, I was constantly convincing myself to start exercising, but without success. I felt lost in the gym around all the equipment I didn’t know how to use. By age of 30, after years of dieting and having a lot of guilt around food, I was told that in order to live a healthy life I needed to build some muscle. I joined Team SWPT at the end of April and very quickly realised it was the best thing I have ever done for myself.
I feel like totally different person since working with Sophie. I’ve changed my attitude towards the gym, and mindset about my body. Before I was checking my scale few times per week with a big fear, and now I don’t weigh myself at all. I feel so much stronger mentally and physically. Seeing my body being able to do more every single session is something beautiful. I’ve started to appreciate what my body can do. Sophie says “trust your body, is stronger than you think” and she is nothing but right.
My biggest achievement is that for the first time in my life I have been consistent with regular exercise, and I’m enjoying it! I am more organised in my personal life, as every session keeps me motivated for the rest of the day.
There are a million things I would like to say thank you too Sophie for. She's helped my to walk through a very tough time in my life, she's made me simply love myself from the beginning. I am not fully there yet, but I have never been so close. I will always be grateful to Sophie!"

"I originally reached out to Sophie after stepping out of my comfort zone to book my first Hyrox race. I had only just started to get to grips with running, and even with a few years of previous experience in the gym, I didn't have confidence in the new style of training I would need to do to reach my goal, which was to actually enjoy the race.
Not only did I have the BEST time completing my Hyrox, the sense of achievement was huge. Yes the sessions challenged me, but the tailored training plan Sophie created made everything so much more achievable, and actually fun! I had constant support and encouragement to push myself further than I ever could have done alone.
The biggest change I’ve seen in myself is my self-confidence and the true belief that I can do hard things!! I have learned that no sport, race or style of training is off limits just because I’m a beginner. I used to purposefully forget my PE kit in school because I was embarrassed I wouldn’t be good enough or I didn’t look the part, but my mindset to try new things has really shifted thanks to Sophie.
I had never worked with a Personal Trainer before, brushing it off as something “not for me”, but being a part of Sophie’s community is truly unique. Sophie completely tailored my plan & each session together to be exactly what I needed to achieve my goal. Her dedication to her clients is unmatched!"
