I appreciate signing up for something like this may feel scary, but pushing yourself out of your comfort zone leads to amazing results! Let me break down exactly what an Open Day session will look like:
✨ 60 minute tailored session ✨
This includes a warm-up, main workout, cool down stretch, and group mindset activity that you can take away and implement.
As with all of my SWPT team members, the workout will be tailored to YOUR individual fitness level and ability, so even when working with others you can focus on what feels right for you.
✨ Training using a variety of equipment ✨
The main session will consist of both resistance and cardio training using a variety of equipment, and I’ll be there to coach and support you every step of the way no matter your starting point!
✨ Four people per Open Day session ✨
Each Open Day slot will have capacity for four people so you can really get a feel for what Team SWPT small group training sessions are like!
✨ Mindset activity, led by a certified Mental Health & Exercise Coach ✨
After completing the workout, we’ll move into a mindset activity (as Mental Health and Exercise Coach it’s my job to improve your physical AND mental health), where you will be able to take home a resource to implement in your day to day life.

No! The women I typically work with come to me with little to no gym experience, but are looking to build it into their lives to improve their overall health and strength. I will be able to give you options within the session that cater to your current fitness, strength, injuries, and experience level.
No, you don't have to be a current member of Pure Gym to attend. However, as this is an Open Day to introduce new faces to my services, should you come on board in future it would be expected that you purchase a gym membership.
These sessions are for women who are looking to work with me to improve the quality of their lives, using exercise as a catalyst for that. Please sign up if you are genuinely interested in my services and working with me in some capacity beyond the Open Day. My price list is at the bottom of this page for reference.
You will be expected to take part in both the exercise and mindset sections of the session, which will take place over 60 minutes. I will support you 100% of the way, and you won't be forced to move in a way that's beyond a level you're comfortable with. All of this will take place within a group setting (2 - 4 people), so please be welcoming to other members of the group - they are probably nervous too!
Yes, if you'd like to sign up to join Team SWPT on the day I'd be happy to go through that process with you. You will not be required, forced, or put on the spot to sign up, however I will be in touch within 48 hours after your Open Day slot to see if you have any questions about my service.
Please just bring yourself and a bottle of water. As we will be exercising it's important to wear clothes and footwear you're comfortable moving in.
