At SWPT I aim to provide a service that suits you. Everybody’s health and fitness journey looks a little different, and that may mean you need varying levels of support from me. Take a look at the list of services I provide to see if Team SWPT may be a good fit for you!

Small Group Coaching

Small Group Coaching is ideal for anyone who’s looking to build exercise into their lives for good. You will meet new people, build confidence and independence in the gym, and develop strength and resilience - all with the support of other SWPT members! The success stories speak for themselves.

Within this service you will have the opportunity to train in person either once or twice per week as an integrated part of the SWPT members team, attend monthly webinars and socials, gain access to all Team SWPT educational resources, and have full access to a Coach who will support you with improving your health both in and outside of the gym, whether that be through support around nutrition, habits, exercise, mindset, or a combination of all of the above.

You do not have to have any prior experience with the gym or exercise to be part of this (in fact, many clients started out in this way), as I will meet you exactly where you’re at and build your confidence and knowledge up from there.

Hybrid Coaching

Hybrid Coaching is a great option for those who have experience in the gym, but want to level up their knowledge and training! Here you will be able to join me for a face-to-face technical workshop every single month, where we will develop your skills with certain lifts, equipment, and form.

Alongside this you will also receive a completely tailored programming and coaching experience, utilising software that will bring fun and focus to your training sessions. My aim here is to use my knowledge, experience, and educational resources to get you to a point where you are fully self sufficient with your training, and ready to tackle whatever health and fitness goals you can think of!

Bespoke Programming Only

If you feel that you’re confident and self sufficient in the gym, but just need a little nudge with accountability then my programming only option is for you. Know that when you walk into the gym you won’t have to think about what comes next, as I have that taken care of that for you.

I will build a completely tailored program centred around your goals, interests, and lifestyle - no matter what gym environment you train in, which will be updated based on your needs and progress!
